- FullyFunctional 4y agoAre they selling anything? I’m inclined to trust their stated motivation: democratizing hardware production to encourage a revolution in the current Awful, Proprietary, and mind bogglingly expensive commercial tools. And consider - there really only are two players in town: Synopsys and Cadence. By all accounts, it’s working. There’s more interest in and more effort being allocated towards tools in this area (post RTL).
