As an adult I want this feature. I’ve received dick pics unsolicited. Sometimes I want to see, sometimes I don’t. I’d like blurring by default for those moments when I’m screen sharing or looking at my phone in public. Kids receiving unsolicited pornographic content is sexual harassment and nobody regardless of age should be subjected to that. Giving people tools to opt in seems great to me. But that would be censorship so Apple=bad.
