yeah, that was my reaction as well. "We hear you, and just letting you know, we know where you live and have started targeting solutions. Just so you know, we're all armed down here!"

  If the aliens are as willing as we are to interpret everything through a lens of violence then we likely have no chance in the first place IMHO.
