Firefox's chatty un-opt-out-able start and exit
- user3939382 4y agoHere's the traffic from Firefox 102.0.1 on macOS with all extensions disabled and every possible telemetry feature opted out. On the left, start, on the right, exit. I would like Firefox to be completely silent on start and exit. I would even lazy-load certificate-related updates. Firefox developers have already told me they have no interest in implementing a feature to disable all this phoning-home to Mozilla, even through an advanced or hidden config.
