I feel this. Today many people got this message from Apple (apparently wrongly): https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=32260733 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=32260733 which would've resulted in Apple holding a lot of money from me which is business critical.
For payment processing, something like this without a means to appeal quickly shouldn't be allowed. It endangers companies and the livelihood of many people.
