Some nude content is wanted or warranted by the user, and some of isn't. Apple isn't blocking this content, only optionally hiding it—almost identically to Reddit's NSFW feature for mature adults. The "Ways to Get Help" might overstep the bounds for some situations, but it might also prevent others from getting worse. Often, children are uncomfortable with sharing about being exposed to uncomfortable content. While that may be a fault of parenting, it doesn't make this tool any less useful.
