- Jolter 4y agoA Program is not a Product. I guess the distinction is only important in larger organizations but trust me they are different professions.
- rishav_sharan 4y agoTPM & Prod managers are separate disciplines nowadays in most large companies. a PM continues to be user and product focused, while a TPM focuses more on the tech architecture & project management.
