- anecdotal1 4y agoYes, they will tell you what the number is if you ask them. They will send you copies of all the reported income they know about which is all you have to pay on.

But for the big chunk of us that effectively are digital currency, they might as well send their estimate, and give you the option to dispute it, correct it, or pay it (with the individual still retaining liability to correctly report) .
