And now you want to claim that someone asking you to change "whitelist" to "allowlist" is equivalent? Give me a break. Either you agree that language matters and so we should be considerate about how our language affects our thinking, or you think it doesn't matter, in which case it shouldn't bother you when someone wants to update terms to be more accurate or inclusive.
