Pandas is MUCH more flexible than SQL
- qwerty112 4y agoTo be fair, SQL, as complex as it can be, can query on much larger databases and can get computations done at reasonable times. I haven't seen the same for pandas in terms of scalability.
- rawgabbit 4y agoPandas appear to be better suited for data wrangling raw data. SQL is for relations - JOINS - expressing complex relations between tables. I much appreciate tools like Snowflake standardizing on SQL. The power to express complex relationships is the problem that needs to be solved.
