Not a huge fan of resources like this. I think they can be good motivators and may contain some good lessons or tools you can adapt to your own journey, but they stink selection bias, too many are shams by people whose only "success" is telling people how to be successful (see Tony Robbinson), and don't account for the large amount of variance that can be found in paths to success (there are many ways to get there but these can make it seem like there are only a few. Also the whole mantra of "finding" success like others have mentioned isn't super accurate in my book either. I'd label it more as "making" since the only way of getting there is through work.
