That market has exploded. They call out Delta-8 and Delta-10, but there's also THC-O and HHC. Maybe another one or two I can't recall.
The lack of regulation is a problem, but I don't think banning them is a good solution. An awful lot of those people will just go to the black market for them, where there isn't even a company to trace it back to.
