  Her husband exercised a bunch of NVIDIA options a few weeks ago, although I don't know how much they'll benefit from this.

    Seeing as how NVIDIA doesn't actually manufacture semiconductors, it doesn't seem like they stand to benefit at all.

        Yes, but the bill is subsidies for actual manufacturing and fabrication companies.
