ZX Spectrum Next Update 20 – Board comparison, events, editors and dates
- Markoff 4y ago£300 is a bit steep
- pixxel 4y agoNostalgia product aimed at 40+yo with disposable income, I guess. Depending on the build quality I might bag one for myself!
- tokamak-teapot 4y agoBuild quality looks good. For me the purchase cost isn’t off-putting. The thought of not having time to do anything with it is what makes me think it’s a bad purchase.
- Markoff 4y agoI am in your target group and still find it way steep for something which can be easily substituted by any mobile you have in your hand and BT gamepad/keyboard for 1/10 of the price, if used for gaming. Anyway nobody would buy ZX Spectrum clone for its original horror keyboard, so it's not like you are buying it for nostalgia after hardware.

- justinhj 4y agoIt looks like a really fun and nostalgic computer. I hope they have their legal ducks in a row.
- RhysU 4y agoThese poor people got hit with COVID supply chain hell and they're impressively keeping keeping on. Still, it's like waiting for Duke Nukem Forever. My kids are already years past when I wanted to turn them loose on this.
