Feedback is a big part of our culture, so we extend that towards interview candidates. It does take more time, but it's also good forcing function for us to ensure we're intellectually honest about why we're not moving forwards with a person. There is legal risk, but it stems from the fact that it's illegal to discriminate in the US and Canada based on protected traits. To combat that, we strive to ensure that our feedback is situational and objective. This also helps prevent a lot of back-and-forth.
