I sympathize with entrepreneurs on this in many ways, even as someone who would happily be paid and take a ton of vacation to achieve absolutely nothing in exchange. Trying to build something impressive with people who aren't as passionate has got to be quite frustrating. Like being an A student paired with someone who is happy with a B. I remember back in university where I had a partner who wanted to fight for the bonus points and I just wanted to go home and play video games.
