OP here, thank you for sharing! Really interested in concrete success examples here, rare as they may be. I think we're all aware that there's bo shortage of reasons to be hopeless about the viability of makerspaces, positive outlooks are valuable commodities : )
- thepasswordis 4y agoI think the biggest hurdle is that you're a for profit business. Bluntly: your business failed. That really sucks, but also: why wouldn't you run this as a 501c3? If I'm a benevolent billionaire, those yearly 990 filings actually matter to me because I want to know how you're spending the money.
