Maybe make academia not have a reputation for burning people out?
- ModernMech 4y agoTbh a lot of academics burn themselves out. The pressure is real, don’t get me wrong, but a lot of fellow academics I’ve come across are people who have no clue what a work/life balance is. The pressure is internal as much as it is from “academia”.
