To me, calling it a "dealership fee" implies I'm getting something special from the dealership in addition to buying the car from them.

- Kon-Peki 4y agoYou are getting something special: A guaranteed financial loss. $20k buys a lot of gas, and you get to finance it too.
- koolba 4y agoOf course there's a $15K markup. Something has to pay for that crappy cup of Flavia coffee you get in the waiting room.
