- Viliam1234 4y agoIt can even be the other way round. The cheapest company will try to extract as much work from you as possible, while the company with tons of money will hire more employees so you get better work-life balance. In my experience, the companies that paid least were also the most stressful, and the ones who paid most were a mixed bag.
