I’ve had the exact same thing happen to me, except in my case the ad never ran. I’ve read online that “virtual cards” tend to trigger this, but I inputted my physical debit card number. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve reached out to some ex-colleagues at Google and they told me they filed a bug on the payment fraud team about this, but I still haven’t back from them. Reminds me I should ping my friend to see what’s up with that…
