There has been no proper investigation into MI5’s breaches by the Home Office despite having been put on notice by briefings I've often worried that spies are perfectly capable of hiding their actions from the elected politicians that they nominally report to, but perhaps I should have been more worried that the politicians would not do anything even if given evidence of wrongdoing.
