I found the modern redesign of their stores they did hilarious. Before we had you know the clean white look but when they moved to the “town square” design I think it really pointed out the monoculture at Apple. You can tell they’re sheltered because they built this “town square” design complete with seating and trees then tables around them. To them, this looks like a beautiful communal town square, to people who don’t live in SV and One Infinite Loop it looks like a 00s mall food court and extremely tacky.
