Is using certain colouring for your products and then charging a premium for it actually gender inclusivity? It doesn't seem so to me but I am not expert. I am however left handed and I will say that many of Logitech's "ambidextrous" products are not really so and off the top of my head I can think of no product of theirs which is authentically designed specifically for use by left handed people. So I don't believe the company really cares about inclusivity.
