It’s time for FB to adopt TAI or UT1 and stop moaning.
Wtf is this attitude of modifying the definition of time to fit your engineering needs where there’s a perfectly available alternative quoted in the article.
I really don’t get it. If you don’t like leap seconds use a definition of time that does not have them. Why modify the only standard with leap seconds and annoy everybody else?
