I would call it idiotic. They call for no shipping by 2050. Like a country in the modern world can survive without getting goods shipped in or out.

I would call it idiotic. They call for no shipping by 2050. Like a country in the modern world can survive without getting goods shipped in or out.
- rob74 4y agoIt's not idiotic, it's a theoretical scenario on how CO2 emissions could be reduced to zero (not net zero, actual zero) by 2050. And they don't "call for" it, they say that if the goal were to reach zero emissions by 2050, all ships that still burn CO2-producing fuels would have to stop doing that by that date.
