- Canada 4y agoYeah, the commie housing blocks were actually practical, unlike building something so tall.
- chemmail 4y agoThey had this in Hong Kong. It's called the Kowloon Walled City. Quiet amazing actually. It almost ruled itself in that the police did not want to deal with the drug dealers and all the police were paid off. Check out Chasing the Dragon that used the city as a backdrop.
