Nice, I like this. Till now I considered running a B2B business as only being a SAAS catering to businesses, and therefore requiring dedicated resources on standby e.g. customer service, an on-call rotation, compliance to various things that other businesses care about etc which seem like quite a drag for a one or two person venture. Looks like there are other ways to run a B2B without too much friction
