I feel like there’d be consequences for up-and-comers against incumbents, who would have a huge brand lead.
- permo-w 4y agovery possibly, but I think possibly not too. if the government instituted huge grants for the arts and media - something they may have to do to sell this radical idea - the effect could be the opposite obviously in a democracy those grants are always at the whim of the day's government if we assume that doesn't happen, it would certainly screw over the little guy
