Whether or not you think this is ethical or legal (I'm not sure it's either), the most amazing thing about this is the timing. I mean, with all the anti-corporate sentiment in the wind, how on earth did they think this would fly? I can see them getting crushed, not in the legal sense, but in the PR sense. Can people possibly dislike Zynga, as a company, more then they already do? Between this and Groupon, I'm getting fat from plowing popcorn.
