Given the scale of investment we are talking about, it's also plausible that EU based manufacturing of solar panels could emerge given the right incentives.
- Schroedingersat 4y agoGermany and Norway already have multi billion dollar solar and inverter manufacturing industries. Nothing to the scale of china, but scaling it is far more viable than scaling the nuclear industries.
