I think they needed to do something like breast to head ratio, from the sounds of it the waist has got bigger, but the breast to waist ratio has stayed the same

I think they needed to do something like breast to head ratio, from the sounds of it the waist has got bigger, but the breast to waist ratio has stayed the same. I think if it was compared to head it would give a sense of "size" increase (if any).
