If you want the vaccine - get it.
You shouldn't loose your job over it - as they were doing in Italy.
There is a whole other discussion to be had about the effectiveness of the vaccine. My body, my choice ?

The unvaccinated swamped the ICUs. A lot of doctors and nurses have quit because they’re overworked and burnt out. That puts yet more strain on the remaining staff, leading to more burnout, etc.
