Or he farted out a tweet about buying Twitter. Then woke up next day and changed his mind?
- ahtihn 4y agoDid he also fart out the merger contract and the signature he put on it? A tweet isn't a binding offer last I checked.
- black_puppydog 4y agowaiting for twitter to change their ToS to include a line "if you announce an offer to buy twitter via twitter then that offer is considered a valid contract."
- anothernewdude 4y agoI'm pretty sure he couldn't draft a merger contract.
- benj111 4y agoTechnically a tweet could form a binding contract, but yes, my point is he publicly announces things, then changes his mind, rather than thinking about if he does actually want to do the thing before wasting everyone's time.
- snomad 4y agoWhy did he buy 10% of twitter stick? That wasn't a momentary lapse of judgement.
