I would go one more level meta and say that your will to change the world is also part of what you see.
The end goal is to be an impartial observer of your mental state as well for the world around you.
- pdimitar 4y agoI have managed this a few small periods in my life and I'll admit it's much better for the mental health. That being said, I swung too far in the direction "meh, won't try anything" while there and I didn't like it. I don't find it impossible to be impartial and without expectations but I also found it extremely boring.
