I don’t keep a to-do list. I keep most ideas in my head. When I have development time I choose the most important feature, imagining it was the last feature I could develop. I wireframe the UX, and when I’m satisfied I implement it. I test and dogfood until I have almost zero doubts about the lack of bugs and potential user complaints, and ship it.
