And you did this because why, exactly? It doesn't matter if someone is performing fine if they're an insufferable ass to everyone around them and breeding resentment, etc.
- pjbeam 4y agoBecause I didn't want someone to lose their livelihood for the crime of being introverted. Further I would not rate anyone being an insufferable ass as "fine performing".
