If I believe a peer could understand me easily, why do I need to dumb down what I say for him? I've worked retail before. There are people that are just assholes and there are people with legitimate complaints. I laugh at the assholes and they make my day better, not worse. It's the people with legitimate complaints that I try to actually help.
