The wording of his appeal sounds extremely unhelpful and needlessly personally insulting to me. I'd strongly advise not to ever communicate as if you were talking to the unfeeling corporation itself- because in reality, you are adressing a person that you need to solve your problem and calling them "impossibly dense" is just a bad move.
