This will simplify a lot of build pipelines for sure. One thing that isn't clear from skimming the article, how do you refer to the embedded data again?

    Ah so this basically? static const char d[]={ #embed ... }; EDIT: ah it was showing up more like a comment which made it hard to spot.

      Yes. There is an example in the article
