  My high school english teacher ordered something that had cardboard cut outs of the alphabet and when it arrived, a few of the letters were missing. When she called the company to straighten it out, she said (calmly) that the packet was missing the F and G. The woman on the other end gasped and said, "we're happy to send you a replacement letter, but there's no need to be rude!"
