> It’s extremely hard to be friends with your co-workers. You have to go out of your way to reach out and be available. Friendships don’t happen “organically” like they do in the office. I'm working in an Italian co-working space and can relate. I'm the only foreigner here. I would like to be friends with them and practice my Italian but my workload and schedule doesn't allow me to be always available. I'm not used to reaching out to people. Usually I work and discuss with my colleagues and relationship just happens. Would like to know a way to improve this. I hate small talks though.
