Most of the day to day and big library build stuff is a semi closed personal network of farmers, consultants (IT, agronomy, etc) .. but here in Western Australia it culminates in a year by year guide for farmers: https://www.agric.wa.gov.au/grains-research-development/2022-crop-sowing-guide-wa https://www.agric.wa.gov.au/grains-research-development/2022... with most public faces and material found under the "Grains research & development" umbrella (levelling up from the sowing guide link).
