All these stories are worrying. Paypal used to always side with the customer (who is after all the one paying them) but it seems there has been a shift in policy.
- soneil 4y agoI think that's when they were part of ebay. ebay used to side strongly with the purchaser, even when the issue was obviously insane (don't get me started). Paypal has always been a hive of scum and villainy, and now they're unshackled from ebay they have nothing to break their streak.
