Ok so you hire 6 people for a million dollars a year. Turns out they’re not capable of delivering. Now what?

- oneoff786 4y agoOk, but what do you do next? Because usually the answer is “try to hire someone who says they can do this” Ideally it’s not Accenture’s battalions of scrubs, but it’s not like the problem is just gone.
