- goldenchrome 4y agoI think you inherently distrust something else, perhaps places that don’t look like they were created for nerds. The man behind Squat University and the author of this article is Dr. Aaron Horschig who has a PhD in physical therapy and a bachelors in exercise science. He also wrote the Squat Bible with over 1000 5* reviews on Amazon. He’s trained many world class athletes including multiple World’s Strongest Man winner Martins Licis. Aaron is known for being a leading expert in sports science.
