The goal isn’t whether or not it’s allowed via whatever clause. The goal is to force people to ask themselves “do you want to be made an example of to prove it”.
- jasonjayr 4y agoTo be honest, I think the goal is more to get this in front of the current supreme court to try and chip away at more federal control over laws like this.
