- aaaaaaaaaaab 4y agoI know from first hand that SSRIs work.
- abmackenzie 4y agoAh yes, anecdotal evidence, the bedrock of any sound scientific analysis.
- fffffffa 4y agoThe article posted that is being replied to isn't an intellectually honest attempt either.
- Turing_Machine 4y agoYou might have a point if the OP was the only one claiming this. He isn't, and you don't.
- 2143 4y agoStatement A: OP was the only one claiming this. Statement B: you have a point According to you, A => B. However, you claiming (-A) does not necessarily mean -A => -B.
- Turing_Machine 4y ago> OP was the only one claiming this. He isn't. Not by many millions. "Anecdotal evidence" refers to one (or at least only a small number) of people claiming something.
- abmackenzie 4y agoThen OP, or you, should cite the study that shows this isn't anecdotal evidence. It does not fall to me to back up other people's points.
- braingenious 4y agoFor you. That’s super great! I personally found them to drastically increase suicidal thoughts, impulses and actions!

- digdugdirk 4y agoNot without resorting to SciHub, sadly. Here's someone's review, which provides a nice outline: https://medium.com/@lydiahosn/the-chemical-imbalance-hypothesis-an-evaluation-of-the-evidence-99aca04b37e9 https://medium.com/@lydiahosn/the-chemical-imbalance-hypothe...
