Not to undermine the effort that has been put into, but it's interesting that we used to churn out such redesigns across multiple webpages & logo, within a matter of weeks and mostly as a single developer taking help / feedbacks from another, if needed. This was at a product startup early in my career. I'm not implying that this entire project was a scam, but it's interesting how two different flavours of working styles can bring out so much difference in efficiency.
