Thomas Hogan (author) is an adjunct fellow at the Manhattan Institute. He has served as a federal prosecutor, local prosecutor, and elected district attorney What a shock. A former prosecutor doesn't like this law. Also, the Manhattan Institute was behind Reaganomics and other conservative ideas. Decriminalization may be a bad idea, but I don't trust the above for an objective look. Update: How's it going?
